Savanna Studio is a space hosting creative professionals, senior artists and designers, cultural advisors, and strategic consultants.

As a whole, we create stories, concepts, and experiences in the fields of art, design, culture, leadership, and strategic development.

Our spirit of optimism drives us to challenge the status quo working to ensure sustainable development and flow—also when courageous actions are needed to create maximum impact.

Founder / Strategist

Amy has many years of experience as a leader and project manager of large-scale innovation initiatives. She develops strong concepts and is an experienced process designer and lead facilitator with authentic impact.
Her optimistic nature and professional approach within design thinking and systemic appreciative inquiry drives her to challenge the status quo and explore the full spectrum of possibilities.
Committed to sustainable development, Amy promotes ambitious and healthy work cultures while maintaining both close and local perspectives, while inspiring visionary thinking with a global outlook in strategic development work.
Amy has developed and facilitated development, project management courses, team performance and taught many different target groups: young people, students, fathers with ethnic minority backgrounds, boards, employee groups, entrepreneurs, creative businesses, in library, museum and folk high school environments, academic programs and children.
She is co-owner of Savanna Studio, educated as a Kaospilot, certified systemic project manager from Rambøll Management, has leadership education from FFD, and trained in Evocative Leadership Mastery at Ehama Institute.
Amy grew up on Bornholm, returned home in 2019, lives in Svaneke with her husband Andreas, Uffe aged 9 and Eva Savanna aged 3. She loves Bornholm and is passionate about the island's development and sustainable living.
